Tonight, I made myself a cup of Sleepytime Tea and curled up under my weighted blanket. Hoping the tea and the gentle pressure from the blanket will work together to help me unwind and get a restful night’s sleep.
Earlier, I dove into an audiobook and let myself get lost in the story. An audiobook is always a great escape from the day's stresses and gives my mind a much-needed break.

I'm really thankful for the flexibility in my work schedule that allowed me to take my mom to her doctor's appointment today.
